Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to: Fishing Journey Shop, 4223 Bates Brothers Road, Columbus, US 43215
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is received
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of defective items.
