At Fishing Journey Shop, we’re committed to getting your premium saltwater fishing gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible. We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia).
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping – $12.95
Carriers: DHL or FedEx
Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment - Free Shipping
Available for orders over $50
Carrier: EMS
Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and customs processing. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our premium saltwater fishing equipment. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Saltwater Terminal Tackle with opened packages
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance items (marked as final sale at purchase)
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to: Fishing Journey Shop, 4223 Bates Brothers Road, Columbus, US 43215
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is received
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of defective items.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with the return shipment
- Refunds will be issued in US dollars
- Return shipping times may vary based on your location
